Patricia Caldwell was born amd raised in Dalton, Georgia which lies at the southern end of the Appalachian mountain chain. However, as one half of a military family she has lived and traveled literally all over the planet. Patricia has received training in watercolor, oil, and acrylic from Auburn University Montgomery as well as local and out of state private tutoring. Patricia has also received formal training in the culinary arts (she is a chef) and photohraphy. This eclectic education combined with living in Europe and Central America and her love of the Masters and Impressionists give Patricia's art a unique and intriguing perspective. In addition to the banner, I am adding this more permanent recognition of its FEATURE on the homepage of A TREE OR TREES IN BLACK AND WHITE. I try mightily to feature only images that would be at home in a juried competition. No doubt that this image fits that bill. CONGRATULATIONS! And consider adding your image to DISCUSSIONS "Please post your featured photograph here" for greater, long-lasting visibility.
